All bankruptcy filings are required to do a third-party online Credit Counseling Course. Plan to spend just over an hour in the course. You can use your computer, tablet or phone and start and finish later if you need to.
The cost of the course is $14.95 per household and the provider will email the certificate(s) to us and to you automatically. Please decline any additional services as they will be at an additional cost and are not necessary.
If you are married, it is best to do the course together and have the certificates issued together.
Note that the course is not complete until you finish the chat or phone interview at the very end of the course and your certificate(s) are emailed to you.
